Dalyan
Dalyan is located on the Mediterranean coast; It is a magnificent holiday region where the concepts of sea, nature, history and holiday are almost intertwined. We arrive in Dalyan after a short journey with our air-conditioned bus in the sweetgum forests and a delightful coastal view. After arriving at the shore of a lake built on the edge of green reeds and lagoons that curl between Lake Köyceğiz and the Mediterranean, we board the river boats on which we will travel for the rest of the day. Our boat ride along the river, surrounded by nature, will give you and your loved ones a unique day.
After visiting the mud bath and sulfur pool that purifies your body from toxins in the completely natural Sultaniye Thermal Springs, we come to our riverside restaurant and have an open buffet lunch. Once again, right next to the town with our boats, are the royal tombs carved into the rocks, which are almost unique in the world in terms of architecture. We also see the Ancient City of Kaunos, one of the oldest settlements in Anatolia. Boats gliding through the labyrinth-like reeds take the guests to Iz Salt Beach, which has managed to be among the best beaches in Europe. There is a truly extraordinary ecosystem on this beach. While one side of you is a deep blue Mediterranean, the other side is fresh water. In addition to species such as caretta carettas, blue crabs, Nile turtles, almost 180 bird species are also part of this ecosystem. All these details reveal the ecological richness of the region and its magnificent geography. Iztuzu Beach is an exquisite place with golden sand that extends like an arc for approximately 5 km, all the way to the Dalyan Strait, where the fresh water meets the Mediterranean. Its magnificent ecosystem and all its environmental features make this place particularly valuable. Iztuzu Beach is one of the rare beaches in the world located between fresh water and sea water. We enjoy the beach for approximately an hour and a half and pray to live the day again.
